Why isNot Clever to Cut , Break , or Destroyed Heritage Chain

Mark write contract with Frank where Mark let inscribed that just because Frank have the same Heritage Right sale a parcel x for 1$ , and another parcels which inherited together with Mark let his 50 % .

In Year 1920 Frank died and parcel x inherited Andrei , and after him in year 1950 could inherited parcel x Joshua .
And Now !
If we accept the opinion of my oponnents that right to heritage “died” with previous owner in year 1950 arrive the Mark and say :
because was in contract between me and Frank inscribed that i sale a one which have the same right to heritage and his right died with him so You Joshua go off and parcel x is main .

some people which wanna just notaccept their mistake will protesting :

Someone seen that someone inherited something of state ?! And I dont want hear restitution !! becouse in heritage right is included also historical rich wich including state , so sometimes happened that state inherited something of single but no oponently . In reality state is like a company and the residents of state are joint_owners of state and state’s prime minister or president are just statutarios .

now some of people will try attempt :
so Frank’s right died with him and in the same point was born right of Andrei .

so what these people had of geometry in school ? If we talk of the same point we can’t talking about right’s break , cut , death .

If Someone Reffuse Inherite the Parcel he don’t Kill the Right ; Just He Obligade Himself that His Right willNot use .

If all previous owners for some medical technic or supernatural reasons wakeup (for human legal system is the same if technicaly or supernaturaly) all of them became to the joint_owners .

If someone for example renounce the right to be silence not mean that his right to be silence killed or break , just temporary obligade himself to not use him , and for example after one hour he cann change his mind and right to be silence will use .

If someone renounce inherite right to life totaly = suicide , the government of all democratic states will try doing everything to stop him becaouse right to life is highest right ; higher like right to renounce using rights .
BUT if someone want a renounce just level of right to life to the lower right to life none can stop him .

The reason of my article is not to call upon a people atheists/Darwinists , but searching way how to escape of persecution threat .
