_ is million dolar question, but bccs are the christmas here we are : bccs they don’t train with 30 % – 40 % of maximal wheight death lift with circuling kness. ouyeh how swing style a bit. of course higher weiths only stright knees, but your body need understood also muscle & tendons circle btw forrward and backward. also i can tell you hermetical piece of old school of wheight lifters that hasn’t platfus on feed. lifting on half tube / half drum, and on more of forms under naked feed, lifting on heel etc… why today weight lifters not starting lifting on strings of cubes forms and after 15 % of move total feets even is everytime stronger, is for me pseudomystery. try on string push anything … p.s.: every lifter, bodybuilder or else , including analysts, would train every single time under look of trainer, bccs how arriving endorphins and tirence people forgoting correct position, is normal, you haven’t independent eyes behind you, nut of course amount of trainers and money factor makes owns deal about that. on the end i wanna say old proverb; learn, i will not here forever.
p.s.2: why today top sportsman not know what is active rest ? example sitting on seat with train to lift your seat on air, different sports different positions of feet etc. sprinters would to sleep different position, bofers diferent … is for long time
